Starting off his financial planning career in 2000 - the start of the ‘Tech Bust’- after a career in hospitality and property management, Fergus, joined a semi-government superannuation fund’s Financial Planning arm as a Para-Planner where he was able to grow his superannuation knowledge and strategy development. By 2004 Fergus had reached the position of Regional Financial Planning Manager. Fergus saw that there were only a handful of independent financial planning firms operating in Australia, and was passionate about providing clients with unbiased advice that was in the client’s best interests.

So where to? The natural progression was to establish with Margaret an Independent Financial Planning firm that was focused not on the ‘sale-of-product’ to increase revenue, but on helping clients to achieve their financial and life-style objectives with greater certainty.

Interests
Spending time with family.
Kayaking around Sydney’s beautiful harbour and now and then participating in the 111km Hawkesbury Canoe Classic.
